Fourteen calendar days, touching nothing but the sponsor layer. The original panel and each sponsor’s logo file stay on our server for 12 months with the sponsor layer plated separately from the base art — so only that layer gets re-run while player chest+back numbers, crest, and secondary sponsors remain untouched. Day 1 we take the new AAU sponsor brand-standards file, day 5-7 a sponsor-comp sample goes out for sign-off, day 9-12 the re-print runs, day 13-14 it ships.
What’s your per-jersey number registration tolerance and how is it verified at the sublimation station?
