Activewear RFQ sample and tech-pack file prepared for review
Useful RFQs include the style file, size curve, target shipment date and any compliance documents you need reviewed.
BEFORE YOU SEND

A better first message gets a more useful quotation.

If you already have a tech-pack, attach it. If not, send product photos, target fabric, quantity range, logo method, label/packing needs and destination. The reply can then focus on feasibility, sampling route and the evidence files your team needs.

  • For OEM: tech-pack, fabric reference, size curve, trims and packing rules.
  • For ODM: target product family, market position, preferred fabric hand feel and logo placement.
  • For compliance: request current PDFs, audit summaries, QC templates or packing examples during RFQ.
  • For team orders: player roster (CSV or spreadsheet), crest artwork in vector format, and the date the kit must be in hand.
  • File formats: PDF or AI for tech-packs and artwork; physical reference garments can be couriered — ask for the address.

Visitor route across the Berun production floor in Guangzhou
Visits follow the same path your order takes: fabric intake, cutting, sewing, printing, QC, packing.
COME SEE IT

Visiting our Guangzhou floor — advance notice appreciated; NDA available.

Give us three to five days’ notice and we will arrange the visit end to end: an invitation letter for your visa if needed, pickup from your Guangzhou hotel or the airport, and a translator if your technical team prefers one. A typical visit takes half a day — you watch live production in your category, sit with the QC lab while they run fabric tests, and finish with a working session on your project. Bring reference garments if you have them; the pattern room can examine construction on the spot. Can’t travel? The same route is offered as a guided video tour, camera in hand, with your questions answered as we walk.

  • Location: Guangzhou, China — roughly 45 minutes from Baiyun International Airport.
  • Scheduling: weekday slots; confirm 3–5 days ahead so the relevant line is running during your visit.
  • NDA: signed before the tour on request; shipment and OTD logs are reviewable on-site for serious buyers.
