Full-bleed sublimation supports sponsor blocks, player names and club colors.
Team Customization
Upload a roster CSV. Every jersey ships with the correct number, name, crest, and sponsor block — no manual file prep per piece.
Team and club programs usually fail in the handoff between roster changes, sponsor placement and mixed-size packing. This workflow maps each row of your roster to size, number, name, logo set and carton group before production starts.
Full-bleed sublimation supports sponsor blocks, player names and club colors.
Jerseys, training tees and warm-ups can share the same roster and packing file.
Cartons can be grouped by team, player bundle, event or distributor route.
Each piece leaves the line with its own combination of number, name, crest, and sponsor placement — matched to your CSV row by row.
Full-panel sublimation, 0–99 range. Front chest 8 cm and rear 28 cm height. Font, outline weight, and shadow style locked per order for visual consistency across the squad.
Front + Back placementUppercase block or custom typeface, max 14 characters. Kerning and arc curvature set once in the master template — the CSV populates each piece automatically.
Back, above numberVector file required (AI/EPS/SVG). Positioned 8 cm below shoulder seam, max 10 cm diameter. Woven patch, sublimation print, or silicone badge — specified at order level.
Left chest · ≤ 10 cmFront center, upper back, or sleeve — placement confirmed during sample approval. Artwork supplied as a separate layer and composited onto the master template before the per-piece merge.
Placement varies

Fill the roster CSV per the 7-column field spec on our Team & Club Roster CSV Field Spec. One row per piece. Save as .csv and attach to your inquiry.
Pre-press checks for duplicate numbers, character-length overflows, and missing sizes by the next working day. A marked-up proof sheet is returned if corrections are needed.
Each piece runs through the sublimation line with its own merged file — number, name, crest, and sponsor block composited from your validated roster.
Every finished piece is scanned against the original roster row: correct name spelling, correct number, correct size label. Mismatches trigger reprint before packing.
.csv format, UTF-8 encoding, structured against the 7-column field spec. Send your roster file with the inquiry — we return a validation-marked proof sheet within 24 hours, including a clean template if your file needs restructuring.
Team crest in vector (AI/EPS/SVG), sponsor artwork as a separate layer, jersey template in PDF or AI with bleed marks.
Finalized size run (XS–XXL distribution) locked before sample approval. Changes after approval reset the 18–25 day production clock.
Written approval required via email before bulk production begins. Unapproved samples hold the queue.

Season orders fail on calendars more than on garments. Run this subtraction before you promise the club anything.
First match, tournament check-in, or team photo day — whichever comes first is the real deadline, and it is usually earlier than the season opener everyone quotes.
Your freight lane sets this number, not us. Express, air and sea differ by weeks; pick the lane at order time so the production slot is booked against a real arrival date.
The 18–25 days start at validated roster plus approved proof — not at first contact. Budget your own committee’s approval speed honestly; it is the step factories cannot accelerate.
The date this arithmetic produces is the day your spreadsheet must be final. Publish it to players and parents early — chasing sizes is always the slowest link.
The 18–25 day production window cited above is one stage of a longer schedule. Use this table to back-calculate every other date.
| Milestone | Days Before Kickoff | What You Must Have | What We Deliver |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shipment arrival at venue | Day −X (per freight lane: sea / air / express) |
Confirmed consignee + customs broker contact | Pre-shipment QC report + 1:1 scan match of printed roster vs original CSV |
| FOB ship from factory | Day −X − 3 (carton packing + labeling) |
Shipping label artwork + carton routing instructions | Master cartons labeled per team, squad or event group |
| Bulk production complete | Day −X − 3 − (18 to 25) (site-facts 18–25 day window) |
Approved sample + validated roster + locked design files | Per-piece sublimation against each CSV row + scan match before pack |
| Sample sign-off (proof + sample) | Day −X − 3 − 25 − (5 to 12) (sample lead 5 stock / 12 custom) |
Buyer written approval against sample garment | Sample garment + lab-dip swatch + roster proof PDF |
| Roster + design files locked | Day −X − 3 − 25 − 12 − 1 (24-hour validation gate) |
Final CSV per 7-column spec + vector design files (AI/EPS/SVG) | 24-hour validation marked-up proof + suggested corrections |
The 18–25 day production window (site-facts L21) starts at validated roster + approved proof, not at first contact. Freight lane sets Day −X — buyer chooses sea, air or express. For per-row CSV field spec, see the Team & Club Roster CSV Field Spec.
Agree the top-up mechanism when ordering: spare blank kits held for transfer windows, or a small follow-up run. Deciding in advance turns a crisis into a line item.
Goalkeeper colorways, captain marks and clash kits live as extra columns in the same CSV, not separate orders — one file keeps numbering and crests consistent across variants.
Clubs running first team, reserves and juniors submit one sheet per squad against shared artwork. Deliveries can stagger by squad while the visual identity stays locked.
Spelling fixes are free during validation and expensive after sublimation. The proof sheet we return is the last cheap moment — have a parent check every junior’s name on it.
Managing a club order between a day job and training nights. Per-player polybags and the validation proof exist substantially for this person — the workflow assumes no procurement department behind it.
Needs: zero-surprise processMultiple sports, one crest, one budget meeting. Consolidated squads in one production window with garment specs drawn from Team & Club keep both governors and coaches satisfied.
Needs: consolidated budgetingCorporate tournaments and charity races where the sponsor block is the whole point. Print real estate is mapped on the placement proof before sponsors are sold — oversold shirts are unfixable after sublimation.
