ROSTER FILE WORKFLOW
Personalization is controlled from one CSV, not one artwork file per player.
Team and club programs usually fail in the handoff between roster changes, sponsor placement and mixed-size packing. This workflow maps each row of your roster to size, number, name, logo set and carton group before production starts.
- Roster CSV columns are checked for duplicate numbers, missing sizes and name spelling before artwork output.
- Team crest, sponsor block and player data are approved on a placement proof.
- Mixed-size packing lists can be prepared by team, club, event or destination.
Program sets
Jerseys, training tees and warm-ups can share the same roster and packing file.

Cartons can be grouped by team, player bundle, event or distributor route.
Per-Piece Elements
Four Elements, One Roster File
Each piece leaves the line with its own combination of number, name, crest, and sponsor placement — matched to your CSV row by row.
Player Number
Full-panel sublimation, 0–99 range. Front chest 8 cm and rear 28 cm height. Font, outline weight, and shadow style locked per order for visual consistency across the squad.
Front + Back placementPlayer Name
Uppercase block or custom typeface, max 14 characters. Kerning and arc curvature set once in the master template — the CSV populates each piece automatically.
Back, above numberTeam Crest
Vector file required (AI/EPS/SVG). Positioned 8 cm below shoulder seam, max 10 cm diameter. Woven patch, sublimation print, or silicone badge — specified at order level.
Left chest · ≤ 10 cmSponsor Block
Front center, upper back, or sleeve — placement confirmed during sample approval. Artwork supplied as a separate layer and composited onto the master template before the per-piece merge.

Roster Workflow
From Spreadsheet to Finished Kit in Four Steps

Upload CSV
Fill three columns: player name, number, size. One row per piece. Save as .csv and attach to your inquiry.

Data Validation
Pre-press checks for duplicate numbers, character-length overflows, and missing sizes within 24 hours. A marked-up proof sheet is returned if corrections are needed.

Per-Piece Sublimation
Each piece runs through the sublimation line with its own merged file — number, name, crest, and sponsor block composited from your validated roster.

QC Cross-Check
Every finished piece is scanned against the original roster row: correct name spelling, correct number, correct size label. Mismatches trigger reprint before packing.

.csv format, UTF-8 encoding, columns: name | number | size. A downloadable template is available on the contact page.

Design Files
Team crest in vector (AI/EPS/SVG), sponsor artwork as a separate layer, jersey template in PDF or AI with bleed marks.

Size Chart Confirmation
Finalized size run (XS–3XL distribution) locked before sample approval. Changes after approval reset the 18–25 day production clock.

Sample Approval Cutoff
Written approval required via email before bulk production begins. Unapproved samples hold the queue.
