Match Jersey (Home, Away, Third with Sponsor Placement)
Short-sleeve sublimated soccer jersey with player number and name on back, main sponsor on chest, secondary on sleeve, league patch and team crest.
Spec a match jersey →Tell us your first fixture date — we schedule backwards from it: artwork sign-off, size collection, print, stitch, plus a buffer for the players who register late. When a sponsor changes mid-season, your shirts get re-batched without restarting the whole order.
One registration spec, the whole roster: every number, name, and sponsor lands to ±2mm — including the mid-season replacements pulled from the 12-month retained panel.
Six soccer SKUs that build one squad kit. Match-day construction, training-day workload, goalkeeper referee compliance, and reversible training bibs for daily scrimmage.

| Placement / Spec | Berun Soccer Standard | What to verify before signing a soccer kit vendor |
|---|---|---|
| Player NUMBER (back) | ±2mm tolerance, overhead-camera registration template QC per jersey | Ask for written number registration tolerance and per-jersey QC method. |
| Player NAME (back) | ±2mm + name-entry double-key verification (two-operator independent entry) | Confirm a double-key name-entry workflow exists, not single-operator CSV entry. |
| Main sponsor (chest) | ±2mm + sponsor brand-standards file ingested pre-bulk (clear-space, sizing, exclusion rules) | Verify the vendor will read your sponsor’s brand-standards file before bulk, not after. |
| Secondary sponsor (sleeve) | ±2mm + sponsor brand-standards file ingested pre-bulk | Confirm secondary sponsor placement is spec’d in writing per logo. |
| League patch (sleeve) | ±2mm + league-rule library (UEFA / national league / youth federation rules) | Ask whether the vendor maintains a league-rule library or relies on you to send one each PO. |
| Team crest (chest opposite) | ±2mm + design file lock at order entry | Confirm crest design file is locked at order entry, not re-traced per run. |
| Goalkeeper color-clash | Mandatory referee-rule check vs both team's outfield kits + referee's jersey color before bulk; alternate GK kit auto-suggested if clash detected | Ask for the GK color-clash check protocol against outfield kits + referee jersey before bulk. |
| Sublimation panel retention | 12 calendar months on factory server (panel + spec file + per-sponsor logo file) | Confirm sublimation panel retention period in writing, with a defined re-print path. |
| Sponsor layer re-printability | Sponsor layer printed as independent layer, re-printable without re-running base design | Verify sponsor layer can be re-printed without re-running base design. |
| Squad-flex re-order rule | ≤20% of original PO reprinted from the retained panel on a 14-day turn, scheduled ahead of new bulk work | Ask whether mid-season replacements run on a dedicated lane or queue as a new bulk PO. |
Soccer kit programs surface three risk patterns we've seen repeat: needing a mid-season replacement run, per-player registration drift across the roster, and sponsor rebrand timing crashing into mid-season production. The in-process gates below cover each.
Youth club director, pre-season PO across 6 U10-U14 teams. Two months in: one U12 keeper had outgrown the kit, one U10 had lost an away jersey, one U14 had damaged his on turf. The factory’s reply for 4 replacement pieces was another full run, queued behind every other order — half the remaining season gone.
Up to a fifth of the original PO can be called back at any point in the 12-month retention window, because the sublimation panel, roster file, and sponsor art never leave our server. Replacements enter that morning’s scheduling board as ship-date-priority work — not as a new order at the back of the queue — which is what makes a 14-day turn honest. Per-size specification (1 U12 / 2 U10 / 1 U14), one PM from the original order through every replacement, and multi-team programs roll their replacement needs into one quarterly PO.
Amateur 11-a-side captain. Match-day inspection found multiple jerseys with back NUMBER drifted off-center vs the NAME — visible from behind — a NAME typo on another, and sponsor logos crossing the panel seam on several others, violating the brewery sponsor brand-standards file. The sponsor flagged a renewal threat for the next season.
All six placement elements — number, name, main sponsor, secondary sponsor, league patch, crest — carry a ±2mm tolerance, checked against the PO template as each jersey passes the press. The roster CSV is keyed twice by different operators, so a typo has to happen twice in the same cell to survive. Sponsor brand-standards files are read at order entry, panel-seam exclusion zones get flagged before bulk, and a sponsor-comp sample ships for sign-off first.
Regional league organizer, 12 teams under one brewery sponsor. Mid-season: brewery announces a logo rebrand with a 30-day compliance deadline or lose the season-end payout. The league re-batch needed to preserve every team’s base design + player name + number + crest. Competing factories quoted six weeks or full re-specification; none could preserve per-player names while updating the sponsor layer alone.
14-day mid-season sponsor re-batch turn. Original sublimation panel + spec file + each sponsor logo file retained 12 months on our server — no panel rebuild required. Sponsor layer printed independently from base design; only the sponsor layer updates, base panel + player name + number + crest + secondary sponsors preserved untouched. PM reviews new sponsor brand-standards file within 48 hours. Multi-team programs consolidate ALL teams' re-batches into one PO with one sponsor-comp sample sign-off cycle.
Send the design brief, roster size, and sponsor files — and tell us the date of your season opener. Within one business day you get a dated plan: fabric, an 18-25 day team-track slot, sponsor placement compliance, and 14-day re-batch availability.
Four tracks, each with its own calendar behavior. The Soccer Squad Pack is the soccer-only one, built around the 18-25 day team track and a standing mid-season re-batch lane.
Your tech-pack drives the full build; the ship date is written into the line plan at order entry.
Best for: kit projects arriving with a complete tech-pack, and clubs that already maintain formal graphic standards.
View full OEM process →40+ soccer-cut block patterns. You customize color, sublimation art, sponsor placements.
Best for: youth programs and first-season clubs without a tech-pack, or college teams refreshing last year’s pattern.
View ODM block patterns →Private label soccer apparel program: our existing soccer match-jersey, GK, and training-shirt blanks for wholesale soccer jerseys distributors and club captains. Your hangtag, sponsor placement, team crest.
Best for: Corporate Sunday-league captains racing to a season opener, regional kit brands testing a new club design fast, or wholesale distributors building a soccer-jersey blanks catalog.
View private label process →One factory, one PM, one PO across the full soccer squad kit — jersey + shorts anchoring the order at 30+ each and support SKUs flexing around them. Squad-flex 20% re-order, 14-day mid-season sponsor re-batch, 12-month panel retention, sponsor brand-standards file ingested before bulk.
Best for: Multi-team league organizers, regional kit brands producing parallel club designs, charity tournaments coordinating multi-team festival kits, and clubs that want a standing replacement lane from the first order.
Build your soccer squad kit →Five stages. Two are soccer-specific (sponsor brand-standards ingestion and per-jersey registration template QC). A squad PO runs the 18-25 day team track from roster lock; multi-team consolidations are scheduled for one aligned shipment, with the program timeline confirmed line-by-line at RFQ.
One upload starts the clock: design brief or tech-pack, the roster CSV carrying every player’s size, name, number, and position, vector sponsor logos, Pantone references, and your league rule book or sponsor brand-standards file. The PM answers with a dated plan — which line takes the order, when fabric lands, and which day it ships — sized against your fixture list. Multi-team programs get a consolidated scope in the same reply.
PM reviews sponsor brand-standards file against tech-pack within 48 hours, flags clear-space / sizing / panel-seam exclusion rules. Factory produces 1 complete jersey with ALL sponsors + player name + number + crest + league patch in production-line conditions, photographs it against a calibrated grid with a tape rule in frame, and ships the sponsor-comp sample for brand-standards sign-off. GK color-clash check vs both outfield kits + referee jersey is completed in this step.
Layer-on to the base OEM cycle at /services/oem; non-soccer programs skip the season-specific steps and use the baseline only.
Pantone lab dip, then one sublimated jersey printed under production-line conditions carrying all six placement elements — number, name, both sponsors, league patch, crest — each measured at ±2mm against the tech-pack. The courier date for this sample is also where the 18-25 day team-track clock gets its final confirmation.
A transparency template cut for your PO rides at the sublimation station, showing exactly where each element must sit on the jersey panel. The overhead camera compares every piece to it, and anything outside tolerance goes back for reprint before it can reach packing. Names are double-keyed from the roster CSV by two operators working separately — the system holds any cell that disagrees for arbitration.
Team orders run on lines 10-12 — the three lines permanently configured for team-set work — sequenced on the morning scheduling board, where ship dates rather than order dates decide what cuts first. That discipline is what keeps the rolling on-time record where a fixture list needs it. Per-piece QC at the press, sampled final inspection, third-party check (BV / SGS / Intertek) on request, FOB your port; multi-team Squad Pack orders consolidate per delivery window.
Eight questions across two buyer types: first-time squad organizers (MOQ, six-week window, GK color-clash, sponsor brand-standards) and returning customers / multi-team coordinators / mid-season urgency (squad-flex re-order, sponsor rebrand, registration tolerance, multi-team consolidation).
On the company-wide FAQ — one page kept current for every production track, covering MOQ mechanics, sampling, and how the Soccer Squad Pack distributes its floor across a six-SKU kit.
Yes — if the roster locks this week. The team track runs 18-25 days from roster lock to ship; add transit and you still clear a six-week kickoff with margin. What actually kills six-week windows is roster churn after panel layout, so we freeze the CSV at sample sign-off and route late additions through the replacement lane instead of reopening the bulk run.
Yes — as a dedicated goalkeeper jersey manufacturer, color-clash compliance is mandatory on every GK kit we produce. We auto-check your GK kit color against both your outfield kits AND your league's referee jersey color (sourced from your league's rule book) before bulk runs. If a clash is detected, we recommend an alternate GK color before your next business day closes. GK jerseys ship with long-sleeve construction + elbow pad inserts + reflective shoulder accent as standard.
Yes. Submit your sponsor's brand-standards PDF or vector logo file per sponsor at order entry. PM reviews against your tech-pack within 48 hours, flags clear-space / sizing / panel-seam exclusion rules, and ships a sponsor-comp pre-bulk sample (1 complete jersey with ALL sponsors + player name + number + crest + league patch on grid background with measurement tape overlay) for brand-standards sign-off before bulk PO runs.
Up to a fifth of the original volume can come back through the replacement lane inside 12 months, in any size mix (say 1 U12 / 2 U10 / 1 U14), and it ships in 14 days because the panel and sponsor art are still sitting on our server. There is no new quantity floor — the lane exists precisely for the 3-piece and 5-piece emergencies a season produces.
14 calendar days for sponsor-logo-only update on the original PO panel — base design + player name + number + crest + secondary sponsors stay untouched. We retain the original sublimation panel + per-sponsor logo file for 12 months, and our sublimation line is configured so the sponsor layer is independently re-printable without re-running the base print. Send us your new sponsor brand-standards file on day 1; we produce a sponsor-comp sample on day 5-7 for sign-off, then bulk re-print on day 9-12, ship on day 13-14.
±2mm on all 6 placement elements (player number + player name + main sponsor + secondary sponsor + league patch + crest), verified jersey-by-jersey under the overhead camera at the press. Anything outside tolerance is reprinted before it can be packed, and names are keyed twice from your CSV by separate operators — a one-keystroke typo cannot reach a finished jersey.
Yes — consolidating many teams under one order is exactly what the Soccer Squad Pack is for: a single PM, PO number, and invoice covering the whole league. Each team rides in the master order as its own spec layer — sponsor, crest, and roster intact — and if the league’s shared sponsor changes mid-season, every affected team re-batches under one PO with a single comp-sample approval. Delivery typically structured per league calendar (Apertura kit ships before season opener, Clausura kit ships before mid-season break).
Audit trail: registry numbers for our five certifications sit on the about page. Two operational systems underpin the 18-25 day team track described below — roster-CSV driven personalization and dedicated team-set line scheduling.
Lines 10, 11, and 12 are permanently set up for team-set work: roster-driven sublimation, crest placement, per-player assembly. Because they never flip over to retail bulk, a 12-team league order does not compete with capacity allocated elsewhere — the 18-25 day track is a standing allocation. A locked roster CSV reaches the cut plan within 48 hours of intake.
Every morning at 7:45 the production whiteboard re-orders the day by ship date. Fabric arriving for a deadline order gets a laboratory verdict within 4 hours — a spectrophotometer reading outside the lab-dip tolerance sends the roll back to the mill before it can cost your fixture list a week. Rolling 12-month on-time delivery across the factory: 92.4%.
We coordinated 12 teams’ kits for the Apertura season with Berun, then needed all 264 jerseys re-batched in 14 days when our brewery sponsor rebranded mid-Clausura. They had every team’s panel and sponsor file on the server from 8 months earlier. The sponsor-comp sample shipped on day 6. We did not lose the sponsor payout.
